For returns, you may handle the item only to the extent necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a store. The item must be returned complete; we ask that you keep and return tags and original packaging whenever reasonably possible. If the handling exceeds what is necessary, any resulting depreciation may be considered. You can use the online withdrawal function or write to loja@kidchen.pt. The direct costs of return shipping are borne by the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal, except in case of defect, lack of conformity, or our error.
